Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the New Haven Historic District Commission on WEDNESDAY evening, JULY 12, 2006, at 7:00 P.M. in 2nd Floor Meeting Room # 2, 165 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut.

At that time and place opportunity will be given to all those who wish to be heard relative to the following:

Application #06-09-CA of Crosby Realty, Inc. seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for installation of energy-rated windows and doors; installation of decorative metal fencing including landscaping; the retention and securing of existing accessory structure and chimney; and façade on Quinnipuac Avenue, including windows and doors, all to property known as 430-466 Quinnipiac Avenue located in the Quinnipiac River Historic District.

Application #06-10-CA of 329 Greene Street, LLC, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations and work as required by the Utility Companies to property known as 329 Greene Street located in the Wooster Square Historic District.
